Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files placed on your device to make websites work or work better. We aim for the smallest possible cookie footprint · no third-party tracking, no advertising cookies, no social-network pixels.

1. What we use today

These are browser local-storage entries, not tracking cookies. Server logs are kept 14 days for security purposes (IP address, user-agent) · see Privacy Policy §2.

2. Optional tracking

No optional analytics, advertising pixels, social-network trackers, fingerprinting, or session-replay tools are installed. The “Accept current use” choice therefore does not enable any additional tracker or network request.

If optional tracking is ever proposed, it must remain off by default. We will update this policy, increase the stored policy version so the preference panel reappears, identify the real provider and purpose, and request a new explicit choice before loading it.

3. What we do not use

• Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any third-party advertising cookie
• Cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or behavioural profiling
• Re-targeting / remarketing cookies
• Session replay tools (FullStory, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity)

4. Managing your choices

The preference panel appears on first visit with two equal-weight choices: Use essential only and Accept current use. Both reflect the current essential-only implementation; neither enables optional tracking. Your choice is stored on your device only.

Use the persistent Cookie settings control in the footer of any public page to reopen the panel, review the saved state, change your choice, or withdraw a previous acceptance.

You may also reset the choice manually:

1. Open your browser's developer tools (F12) → Application → Local Storage → your site.
2. Delete the cargo-cookie-consent entry.
3. Or, clear all site data from browser settings.

6. Updates to this policy

If the storage or tracking behavior changes, this page and the policy version will be updated so the preference panel reappears and you can make a new choice.
